Aimeé’s passion for THRIVE is rooted in her mission to drive social impact and economic growth through sport and ultimately leverage the business of sport for social change. After a two-decade career working with major brands such as Nike, Uber and Manchester United, Aimeé saw firsthand how sport can transform communities.

Tim transitioned from football into tech, going on to build a successful career in the Software industry, including being part of the largest software IPO in history with Snowflake. Now, he’s channeling his passion for sport, data and tech to give back.

Joe brings first-hand experience to the THIVE mission, having enjoyed 10 years as a professional footballer, before navigating the subsequent challenges and opportunities in retirement. A year of disillusionment and lack of direction fuels his passion for helping the modern-day athlete discover new pathways and passions beyond the pitch, track, course and court.
